DR. FI RONSBERG MBChB, BSc (Hons), MRCGP, FRACGP, Dip Derm, DGM, DFFP, DRCOG, Cert Occ Health
I am a Scottish trained doctor. Prior to studying medicine at the University of Glasgow, I completed a degree in Biomedical Science. I have worked in hospitals in the UK, Norway, New Zealand and Australia. I moved to Perth after I completed my GP training in Glasgow.
I've been a GP in Rockingham for the past 8 years and worked in the Emergency Department of Rockingham General Hospital.
Skin cancer excision surgery and dermatology in general has been a interest of mine since working in the Dermatology department of the Western General Hospital in Glasgow. I regularly attend courses in this field.
I became interested in Dermapen and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) after attending a conference in Sydney. I underwent training, bought the equipment and had a treatment, which I believe gave better results than any other beauty procedure I have had previously.
PRP has multiple applications. From skin rejuvenation, to hair loss, musculoskeletal and gynaecology - it is proving to be exciting innovative way of using your own plasma as a natural form of rejuvenation.
